We are delighted to use this special edition to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our English students who have recently completed their courses:

3. Business English Students

We also bid farewell to a wonderful group of students who dedicated their time to improving their English before beginning their Higher Education journey. Mohamed Amine Chamroukhi and Sofien Bouchhima from Tunisia, together with Akram Morhodi from Morocco, spent the past months at our English School refining their linguistic skills and building a strong foundation for the studies that officially commenced on 1st October. We have no doubt that this preparation will serve you well in your academic pursuits.

Best of luck, gentlemen, in this exciting new chapter — we look forward to celebrating your graduation soon! 😊

Simon Borg Barker - Student Welfare Officer

If you’ve ever walked through the doors of our Main Campus, chances are the first friendly face you’ve seen is Simon’s! You might spot him deep in his emails, but don’t be fooled — Simon sees and notices everyone. As our Student Welfare Officer, he plays one of the most important roles in our school community. While he may occasionally check in with students about attendance, his work goes far beyond that.

At Ascencia, we believe that true success comes from feeling supported both inside and outside the classroom, and Simon is at the heart of that support. Whether it’s helping you sort out important documents, lending a listening ear, or connecting you with extra resources, Simon is always ready to help — calmly, kindly, and with wisdom that instantly puts you at ease.

To us, his colleagues, Simon is simply a joy to have around. His cheerful nature brightens even the busiest of days, and his legendary sweet tooth means there’s often something delicious in the office — sometimes for a reason, and sometimes just because! Thoughtful, generous, and endlessly dependable, Simon truly embodies the spirit of the Ascencia family.
