Sara Catalina Sanchez Rodriguez is the kind of student who quietly but unmistakably renews a teacher’s sense of purpose. Every month, we eagerly await the release of the newsletter to read the latest articles and discover who has been recognised as Student of the Month and Employee of the Month. This task has always been entrusted to our one and only Cerise Galea, Assistant Director of Studies, who, month after month, gathers information, coordinates contributions, and carefully crafts each article.

This June, however, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We believe that this month, Cerise herself deserves to be recognised as Employee of the Month.

Cerise is one of the early birds at Ascencia Malta. Day after day, she is the first to arrive, ensuring that everything is organised, prepared, and ready so that our students can enjoy the best possible learning experience. While her official responsibility is overseeing the English School at Ascencia Malta, anyone who knows Cerise is aware that her dedication extends far beyond the boundaries of her role.

Always willing to lend a hand, offer guidance, or step in wherever needed, Cerise plays an active part in many areas of the Institute, helping to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to combine long-term vision with practical problem-solving makes her an invaluable asset to Ascencia Malta.

More importantly, Cerise's commitment, professionalism, and genuine care for both colleagues and students make her a pleasure to work with and a source of support for everyone around her. For all these reasons and many more, we believe that this month the title of Employee of the Month belongs to Cerise Galea.
