English for Catering

course designed for adults interested in the hospitality sector who wish to specialise
in catering and work confidently in an English-speaking environment. You will
develop the language skills needed to handle real workplace situations, from
understanding catering roles and expectations, food preparation techniques, and
international cuisines, to managing client relations, customer service, presentations,
and events. Throughout the course, you will expand your specialised vocabulary and
register related to food and beverage, wine stewardship, catering management, and
general hotel and leisure contexts, while also exploring eco-friendly practices and
