Teaching and Learning Methods

Throughout the program, student will engage in hands-on projects and case studies, allowing them to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. The module will be delivered through face-to-face lectures and face-to-face tutorials whereby relevant literature is reviewed with students anddiscussions are encouraged. In addition, the module also includes guest lecture/s from industry experts.

Assessment Methods

1. Continuous assessment in the form of structured writing, multiple-choice test, in-class research etc - 25%

2. An individual practical assignment whereby students are given a case to work on for example of an organisation requiring updates to its current performance management and compensation practices, or similar -- 75%
